This workshop is targeted toward training decision makers and influencers within organizations who want to increase their awareness of how make training more accessible to audiences with disabilities. Participants in small groups will experience what training events might be like for people with a specific disability and how access to the information and learning experiences in a course can be provided. The legal aspects of providing accessibility will be discussed, and a survey will poll participants on their current and future practices in this important area of training.

Action Learning Program – This series of documents outline the project I completed for a large client in an Action Learinng Program. Their current staff was not qualified to develop online learning and thus this program was implemented to update their skills. Due to numerous roadblocks, the most notable being a change in management who did not want to retain the current staff, the program was not successful but the learning experience for me was tremendous. These documents outline the process I went through to make the learning available and meaningful.
